Full-Width Paddy Puddler & Leveler

SUNYA Full-Width Paddy Puddler & Leveler is a tractor-mounted implement equipped with a three-point hitch and PTO drive, designed for puddling, straw incorporation and field leveling in a single pass. It features a one-piece continuous rotor shaft with puddling blades arranged in a symmetrical double-helix pattern for effective soil and straw mixing.

During operation, tractor PTO power is transmitted through the gearbox and side gear drive to rotate the blade rotor. Combined with the forward movement of the tractor, the rotating blades mix soil and water while incorporating straw and stubble, and the rear leveling mechanism simultaneously levels and smooths the paddy field surface.

With working widths of 260–280 cm and tractor requirements of 50–90 HP, it is suitable for paddy field preparation, puddling, straw and stubble incorporation, and field leveling before rice planting.
