Power-Driven Disc Plow

SUNYA Power-Driven Disc Plow is a PTO-driven tillage implement equipped with a three-point hitch and PTO drive, designed for efficient soil cutting, breaking, turning and stubble incorporation. Unlike conventional passive disc plows, its 610 or 660 mm disc blades are actively driven by tractor PTO power, providing strong soil penetration and pulverization.

During operation, PTO power is transmitted through the gearbox and side gear drive to rotate the disc assembly. Combined with the forward movement of the tractor, the rotating discs cut and turn the soil, break compacted layers and incorporate crop residues in a single pass.

With working widths of 164–332 cm, tillage depths of 15–25 cm, and tractor requirements of 80–180+ HP, it is particularly suitable for heavy clay soils, compacted fields and crop-residue-covered land, as well as large-scale farmland preparation.
