Flatting And Puddling Paddy Field Machine

Flatting and puddling paddy field machine is primarily used for tillage and land preparation before rice transplanting in paddy fields.  It is suitable for both single-cropping and double-cropping rice areas. Its core function is to break up and mix the paddy field soil into a fine mud slurry and quickly level the field surface, creating a high-quality seedbed with a "soft topsoil, loose subsoil, and even mud slurry" for rice transplanting or direct seeding. It is a key piece of equipment for achieving mechanization and high efficiency in rice cultivation.

1. One machine completes "puddling + leveling," saving labor and effort.
Traditional paddy field tillage requires plowing, harrowing, and then manual leveling, which is cumbersome and time-consuming. The paddy field leveling and puddling machine can simultaneously complete soil breaking, puddling, fertilizer mixing, and leveling in one pass, significantly reducing the number of operations. The tillage time for one acre of paddy field can be shortened by more than half, and it also saves a large amount of manual leveling costs.
2. Fine and even mud slurry, beneficial for rice growth.
The equipment uses high-speed rotating puddling blades to thoroughly break up compacted soil clods and fully mix them with field water to form a uniform mud slurry, avoiding problems such as "large soil clods crushing seedlings" and "uneven mud slurry thickness." At the same time, it can cut and press 30-45cm of straw and weeds into the mud slurry, resulting in excellent puddling and slurry formation.
3. High field surface flatness, reducing water and fertilizer waste.
The equipped scraper or hydraulic leveling device can accurately level the field surface, ensuring consistent water depth across the entire field and avoiding localized waterlogging or drought. A flat field surface is not only beneficial for transplanting machine operation but also reduces water and fertilizer leakage, improves fertilizer utilization, and lowers planting costs.
Usage tips:
Before operation, the field should be tilled and then flooded. After soaking the field for 48 hours, drain the water to a level of 2cm above the soil surface for optimal operation.
