1JSL Full-shaft paddy field flattening, straw incorporation and puddling machine consists of a quick-coupling mechanism, a transmission mechanism, a frame and casing, a driven tillage and harrowing roller, and a leveling mechanism with a stubble-pressing spring ruler. Its roller adopts a through-shaft structure, and the puddling blades are arranged symmetrically in a double-helix pattern. The blades are mounted on the shaft using an eccentric structure, ensuring firmness and reliability, and effectively improving the puddling effect.
The power output shaft of the tractor transmits power to the gearbox of the puddling machine via a drive shaft. The power is then transmitted and its direction changed by bevel gears within the gearbox, and then drives the through-shaft roller via a single-sided gear transmission. The rotational motion of the puddling blades and the forward movement of the tractor are used to perform land preparation, puddling, and stubble burying operations, while the leveling mechanism simultaneously levels the surface of the paddy field.
